Observation

There was a long rope tied to the ceiling handing down in one of the toddler rooms. It was removed during the visit. Two outlets in two bathrooms were found to be Tamper resistent but not GFCI and one out let by the sink in the Black Bear room was found to be GFCI but not Tamper Resistent. Outlets near water need to be both GFCI and Tamper resistant or permanently cover plated.
